Opvolging Gezocht is the entrepreneurial initiative of Jos Hospers and Reinoud van den Wall Bake. Together, they are looking to acquire a Dutch SME and build it as long-term owners.

Jos has more than ten years of experience across software, B2B trading and manufacturing. He brings together operational improvement, digitalisation and commercial development. He has substantial experience delivering change, shaping organisations and translating strategy into action.
Finance · Strategy · Value Creation
Reinoud brings experience in finance, strategy and cost management. He has also invested in and helped build SMEs in technical and industrial environments. He combines financial discipline and analytical rigour with an entrepreneurial perspective on value creation, growth and ownership.

We are looking for a Dutch owner-led B2B business and an owner considering the next phase.
Typically, this means a profitable SME with around €0.5–3 million in EBITDA and 15–70 employees. Resilient cash generation, loyal customers and a defensible niche provide a sound basis for new owners to build on.
